MiG-3 Late Version

Here is my MiG-3 in 1/48 scale from Trumpeter. It was built nearly straight out of the box, only these minor improvements were made:

• EDUARD zoom photoetch parts were added into the cockpit.
• The original model kit exhaust pipes were drilled-out.
• Landing light in the wing leading edge was upgraded.
• Distance bar was inserted between fuselage halves in front of the cockpit – to widen the fuselage a bit – then the top engine cover sat into place without a gap.
